ISO 10113:2006 - Determinación del Coeficiente de Deformación Plástico
ISO 10113:2006 especifíca el método para determinar el coeficiente de deformación plástico, llamado valor "r" de materiales metálicos planos, típicamente hojas y tiras. El coeficiente de deformación plástico es la relación entre el ancho verdadero y el grosor verdadero de la muestra al que se somete una fuerza de tracción axial.
Para calcular el valor "r", se realiza un ensayo según ISO 6892 utilizando un extensómetro axial y uno transversal. Cuando la relación entre el ancho verdadero y el grosor verdadero es homogéneo, puede utilizarse el método de cálculo por punto único, cuando la relación es heterogénica el cálculo debe basarse en la estadística. Estos cálculos pueden realizarse automáticamente con el software Bluehill ® * o Partner.
Normalmente se realiza un ensayo según ISO 10113 a la vez que se realiza un ensayo ISO 10275, exponente de endurecimiento por deformación a tracción.
