ISO 10275:2007 - Exponente de Endurecimiento por Deformación por Tracción
ISO 10275:2007 especifica un método para determinar el exponente de endurecimiento debido a la deformación por tracción. Comúnmente llamado el valor "n", de materiales metálicos planos, típicamente hojas y tiras.
Para estimar el valor "n" se realiza un ensayo según la ISO 6892 y se utiliza un extensómetro axial para obtener la curva de tensión vs deformación. El valor "n" es calculado sobre toda la zona de plástica de la tracción. Esto es típicamente en el inicio de la región de endurecimiento por tracción, después del límite elástico, hasta justo antes del punto al cual la resistencia a la tracción es calculada, Rm. Estos cálculos pueden ser automáticamente calculados usando Bluehill (no con BlueHill Lite) o con el software Partner.
Un ensayo según ISO 10275 normalmente se realize a la vez que el ensayo según ISO 10113, proporción de deformación plástica.
